Within the SPECIFI project Alcatel-Lucent will contribute it’s end-to-end integration capability to bring the architecture of the three pilot sites together. Alcatel-Lucent will as well have a task to Operate and Maintain the platform of the Kortrijk setup and the server farm in the Gent iMinds lab so as to ensure that the services offered to the test users remain operational as far as under Alcatel-Lucent’s control. Thanks to the mirror lab of the Kortrijk pilot in the Alcatel-Lucent IPTC center in Antwerp, Alcatel-Lucent will also be able to offer a service and a space to pre-validate new applications/services that partners or companies outside the consortium may want to try.
